PDP criticizes Gov. Okorocha of borrowing N62billion

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Imo state chapter has criticized Governor Rochas Okorocha for what it called “unnecessary” borrowing meant to plunge the state into debt. (as though former Gov’s Achike Udenwa and Ikedi Ohakim both of PDP did any better). The party accused the governor of securing N62 billion in two and half years for execution of “sub-standard” projects in the state.
PDP State Chairman, Chief Eze Duruiheoma, (SAN) while briefing newsmen regretted that the governor, rather than repay bond of N13 billion he inherited from his predecessor, was adding more financial burden to the people of the state.

PDP called on the Nigerians to note the excesses of the governor, saying that it will not keep quiet and allow the government waste the state’s treasury. (Sore loosers!)
