Who are you?

Hi I am Okunamiri Chinedu from Obowo in Imo State, while my project partner is Friday Shuiab hails from Auchi in Edo State.

What is your background relevant to this project?

I am a Safety Manager with over five years experience in the field of Health& Safety, I am also a certified Project Manager. My project partner has a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engr., he has years of experience in the insurance sector as a marketer and five years experience as a school principal.

Why should I trust you?

My project partner and I have the relevant competencies, are very committed and most of all have integrity and are willing to see this project to fruition.

What is your project?

Our project is a school building project. The school will include a Kindergaten, Primary and Secondary (College) levels.

What’s so special or unique about it?

It’s a unique project in that we will be providing a basic service, education, to part of Nigeria’s teeming population.

What does it look like?

Part of the reason for this campaign is to raise finance so that the school can have a physical structure. Despite that fact, the school has a business plan prepared by our team so you can have a feel of what it will look like.

How long will it take to complete the project?

We hope to have the project up and running by August 1^st, 2014.

How much backing do you need to complete the project?

We will be requiring Two million and five hundred thousand Naira (N2,500,000) and factoring in Unforeseen risks + taxes + shipping = 20% + 5% + 30% = 55%. We come to the calculation,

USD conversion rate to the Naira = 162.27 (Varies though)

55% * N2,500,000 = N1,375,000, N2,500,000 + N1,375,000 = N3,875,000/ 162.27 = $23,880

How will you use the money?

The money will be used to fulfill our campaigns perks and to get the project off the ground according to our business plan.

What will you do if you get more money than you are asking for?

We will go ahead and fulfill other infrastructural development aspects of the project as is stated in the business plan. We are also not forgetting that we have an eye on expanding our school branches.

It is a project that will be fulfilling two basic needs of providing quality education and putting food on peoples tables by way of employment.

How will you keep in touch with the community during development and after the product is released?

My team and I will continually update the schools website, my personal blogs and the schools social portals with our achievements, challenges and operations both before and after the school kicks-off.
